Bangladesh: Hindu persecution continues, Islamist raped a minor Hindu girl in Rangpur 

Hindu Voice Team: The persecution of the Hindu minorities continues in Bangladesh. A fresh case has been reported from the Rangpur district of Bangladesh where an Islamist raped a minor Hindu girl. The incident happened on the morning of 18th of March, Tuesday in the Mithapukur Upazila. 

As per the received information, the minor Hindu girl is a student of Class- VI. On Tuesday morning, the Hindu girl went to the coaching class and was returning home. On her way, Muhammad Alam, a local resident, dragged her to a corn field beside the road. There, Muhammad Alam torture her for hours.

As the girl didn’t return home on time, family members started looking for her. After some time, they found the girl on the field lying senseless. After primary treatment, she gained back her senses. But, her condition was so bad that she could barely walk. 

Meanwhile, the Police reached at the spot after receiving information. She somehow managed to tell the name of the accused Islamist Muhammad Alam. 

The Police arrested the rapist Muhammad Alam at night after few hours of manhunt as he had been absconding.
