West Bengal: Sri Hanuman temple is attacked in Birbhum, the Murti vandalised

Hindu Voice Desk: Like Bangladesh, attacks on the Hindu temple have started in West Bengal. A fresh case has been reported from the Birbhum district. A Hanuman temple is attacked and the Murti is vandalised. 

The Hanuman temple is situated in Indragachcha village under the Siuri block of the Birbhum district.

On the morning of 29th of November, locals saw that the Murti of the Hanuman had been vandalised. Soon, the news spread and locals gathered in front of the temple. 

Locals alleged that the temple was attacked the previous night. They have no idea who did this. 

Meanwhile, the incident became viral on social media. Netizens are posting the images of the broken murti and expressing their concerns saying that Bangladesh-type situations are happening here.
