West Bengal: Sheikh Farhad Mondal lynched Hindu boy to death for merely taking a mango from his garden, arrested

Hindu Voice Team: Tension prevails in Atisara village of Naihati of North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal after the murder of a Hindu boy. Angry villagers torched a makeshift house of the accused Farhad Mondal. 

The deceased boy has been identified as Sudipta Pandit. Few days ago, he came to visit his maternal uncle in Atisara village under the jurisdiction of Shivdaspur Police Station. Yesterday, on the afternoon of 15th of May, Thursday, he went to the mango garden of Sheikh Farhad Mondal and took a mango. Sheikh Farhad Mondal and his workers caught him. They started to beat him up. They beat Sudipta so badly that he fell unconscious. Farhad and others then left Sudipta Pandit in the garden and left the area. 

During the early evening hours, relatives found Sudipta Pandit in the mango garden in unconscious condition. They rushed him to the hospital. Sadly, doctors announced him brought dead. 

This morning, situation became tense as angry villagers started agitation. A massive police force rushed to the area. They tried to control the angry villagers. However, angry villagers torched a house of the accused Sheikh Farhad Mondal. Tension is still prevailing in the area. 

Eventually, the Police arrested the accused Sheikh Farhad Mondal.
